For Ashley and Quinn, that place was The Fifth Avenue Hotel. Photographing their wedding brought together the elements I’m most drawn to—an expressive setting, a sense of occasion, and the opportunity to create photographs that feel both editorial and honest.

A venue does more than provide a background. It shapes the light, the compositions, and the atmosphere of a wedding’s photographs. At The Fifth Avenue Hotel, I approached the setting as part of Ashley and Quinn’s story, allowing the surroundings to inform the images while keeping the couple at their heart.
